The Sharps are Texans by choice, having moved to Waco from St. Louis, Missouri in 1981. Upon settling in their new home, Susan thought about a career in real estate and felt that her experience in several moves with her family would be a strong asset in assisting other families relocating from out of the Waco area, or just making a change in current housing. She earned her Realtor license in1982. Since then, Susan has earned two distinctive designations. She is a Certified Real Estate Specialist and a graduate of the Realtor Institute. In fact, only 5% of all Realtors obtain the CRS designation. This designation is the mark of a true professional.

Susan is musically inclined and studied voice in college. As a vocalist, Susan strived to get in tune with her musicians and to connect with her audience. This same principle that is essential in achieving a great performance in music, is also essential in real estate. As an agent, Susan understands that to help her clients reach their goals, she has to be keenly in tune with their needs and desires. By thoroughly understanding both their current and future goals, she can utilize her creative energy to assist them in reaching their goals.

Bill is an Industrial Engineer. Rather than move to New Jersey, Bill took early retirement from M&M Mars in 2001 to join Susan in the business she has started. During his career as an Industrial Engineer and as a Manager, Bill learned that change is inevitable and that staying ahead of the competition means that you must be willing to be on the cutting edge of technology and be willing to use new and innovative marketing techniques. Being an Industrial Engineer, Bill is always looking for new and better solutions to help his clients sell their homes quickly at the highest possible price and for helping ensure they achieve value for the money they spend on purchasing a new home. Bill is now the real estate engineer.
